Who we are

You might already have guessed, but we're not an international motorsport team operating as a business and living by strict corporate guidelines. That said, we do not believe the word team to mean those things.

We are a bunch of motorsport enthusiasts who enjoy what we do and consider ourselves good ambassadors for the sport, and the sponsors we represent.

The teamwoodspeed ethos is: Motorsport is about motors and sport. We bring together a team of like-minded enthusiasts who are passionate about what they do and enjoy the car building/repairing as much as the competing itself. We aim to keep our enthusiasm ethical, professional and fun.

We run both cars on a tight budget, and while aiming high (didn't we all want to be professional race drivers or astronauts as kids?) we are realistic and the main aim is to enjoy ourselves. This we do – regularly!

We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take our sport seriously and when it comes down to it, budget does a lot of the talking. We firmly believe both drivers have a lot to offer their sport, and would love to talk to potential sponsors about available support.

Turn up to any event and you will see the team well presented, with the cars gleaming and showing off their sponsor decals with pride, the drivers focused and professional and everyone having a damn good time.

We hope to see you at an event, and hope that you'll come and say hello, and perhaps check the odd tyre pressure or two for us!
